LEADERSHIP

As our Senior Pastor here at Crosslight, Aleksandr Tsvor strongly believes and lives out the mission of our church. Having true heart of a leader, Tsvor's main passion and desire is to gather a harvest of souls for the kingdom of God. Prior to serving at Crosslight Church, Aleksandr was a faithful missionary in Siberia for over 20 years. His experience helping thousands of people to encounter Christ, as well as his helping hand to local villagers, has helped form his character and kind heart. Aleksandr continues to mentor the next generation, and is actively leading Crosslight to go out and make disciples, with the help of the Holy Spirit.

For many years, Aliaksandr Ruskevich has pastored, and continues serving alongside with our senior pastor in leading Crosslight Church. Ruskevich, being a gifted and talented organizer, continues to help out during Russian and English Services. Striving for unity, communication, and growth are his areas of influence. Be sure to meet him outside of service, and he'll always be ready to share a word of wisdom with you.

Slava Novik was appointed as English Service pastor in 2021. He holds a master of Biblical theology degree. His passion is to equip people with God's Word, and encourage believers to engage in the community. Along with his wife Liliya who serves in Children's Ministry, they are raising five children. 

Robert Olberg has been the leader of our growing teens ministry, Joshua Generation. For many years, Olberg continues to serve faithfully along with his wife Kristina, as they work one on one with the kids who desire to seek the Lord. 

Serge took over the need at Crosslight as our Youth Leader many years ago, and continues to mentor young adults to rise up, and become the next leaders and ministers at Crosslight.
