LEADERSHIP

Aleksandr Tsvor has served as the Senior Pastor of Crosslight Church since 2017, faithfully living out the mission of the church. With a true heart for people, his passion is to gather a harvest of souls for the Kingdom of God. Before serving at Crosslight, Aleksandr spent over 20 years as a missionary in Siberia, helping thousands encounter Christ while serving the practical needs of local communities. These years of ministry helped shape his compassionate heart and leadership. Together with his wife, Nadezhda, they are devoted to the spiritual well-being and growth of the congregation. Aleksandr continues to mentor the next generation and lead Crosslight in making disciples through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit. 

For many years, Aliaksandr Ruskevich has pastored, and continues serving alongside with our senior pastor in leading Crosslight Church. Ruskevich, being a gifted and talented organizer, continues to help out during Russian and English Services. Striving for unity, communication, and growth are his areas of influence. Together with his wife, Iraida, they serve selflessly to build up and strengthen the church community. Be sure to meet him outside of service, and he'll always be ready to share a word of wisdom with you.

Slava was appointed as the English Service Assistant Pastor in 2021. He holds a Master’s degree in Biblical Theology, which equips him to effectively share the teachings of Scripture. He is passionate to preaching the practical application of God's Word, making faith relevant to everyday life and empowering individuals with God’s word. In addition to his pastoral duties, Slava enjoys the hobby of maintaining a saltwater aquarium, where he finds joy in the beauty and complexity of God’s creation. Together with his wife, Liliya, he is dedicated to raising their five children, instilling in them the values of love, faith, and service, while also creating a nurturing environment that reflects their beliefs.

Pastor Aleksandr Mozolevskiy leads the family ministry, which is one of the church’s key priorities. Together with his wife, Oksana, they help families grow stronger in faith, love, and unity. 

Pastor Leonid Ryhal’s area of responsibility includes overseeing the music and worship department. Alongside his wife, Svetlana, they actively contribute to the development and growth of this vital area of church ministry. 

Robert Olberg has been the leader of our growing teens ministry, Joshua Generation. For many years, Olberg continues to serve faithfully along with his wife Kristina, as they work one on one with the kids who desire to seek the Lord. 

Serge took over the need at Crosslight as our Youth Leader many years ago, and continues to mentor young adults to rise up, and become the next leaders and ministers at Crosslight.
